Ines Bartha and the “East-West Quartet”
Reacting to the spontaneous request of Mrs Ines Bartha, teacher at the “Musikum Salzburg” (Music school of the City of Salzburg) and at the “Sommerstudio-Masterclasses” in Hallein, Salzburg, to play chamber music during her first visit to Vietnam, the “East – West” Quartet was formed. The members strongly support the concept that playing chamber music together is an excellent form of cross cultural communication, entertainment and relaxation. Playing music together makes friends and enhances the exchange between musical centers in the East and the West.
