WITH ARMS AND LEGS IN TRANSFORMATION
and
Vietnamese modern dance competition

“Åben Dans” (”Open Dance”)
“Arms and Legs - and Something In-Between”
From the Danish embassy website:
The innovative dancing group “Åben Dans” (”Open Dance”) will do several performances and conduct a workshop with young Vietnamese dancers. The two male dancers, Thomas Eisenhardt and Ole Birger Hansen, will present the performance “Arms and Legs - and Something In-Between” in Hanoi and the Tuan Chau Island. The performance can be described as a dance collage full of humour, madness and seriousness, with focus on the body. It starts from the questions: What is the body? What can it do - and what is it supposed to do?
Also: Vietnamese modern dance competition.
A talent prize of 3000 USD sponsored by the fund, Cultural Development and Exchange Fund (CDEF), established by the Danish embassy.
Free tickets available at the Danish embassy, the British Coucil and the Goethe Institut (contact details below).
